April fishing started with a blast of cold. Despite the cold front
Offshore fishing has been good. We are catching lots of sharks of all varieties, Blacktips, Hammerheads, and even an occasional Tigershark.
Backwater fishing: we are still catching Pompano and Speckled Trout.
As the springtime water is warming up it will be bringing Live bait along the beaches
Which means more variety and bigger fish to catch.
Fishing for March is active catching Pompano, Speckled Trout, Whiting along with occasional Redfish and Snook.
Spring mode Fishing is just around the corner. Shark Fishing should be busting lose with all types & sizes making their appearance along our beaches and passes.
Still catching Trout, but this last cold front hurt the fishing a little bit. Some of the trout volume have left some of the passes . Sheepshead are starting to show up very good. The end of Feb. and March are best Sheepshead months. Till next time. Tight Lines
Trout Fishing has been incredible for January lets hope it continues for February. Still Catching lots of Speckled , sand Trout and Whiting out of Goodland. RedTide Seems to be gone down south so lets go Fishing.
Fishing for Trout has been incredible this week . Catching Speckled Trout , Sand Trout and Whiting every cast, best I have seen in 10 years. We are leaving out of Goodland at Crabby Lady Restaurant. Red tide seems to be leaving us and fishing has been better to the south. We are using jigs tipped with Shrimp.
